Welcome to Alam Host. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, hosting plans, domain registration services, and any related products offered by Alam Industries. By creating an account, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms in full.
2. Services
Alam Host provides shared web hosting, domain registration, and related infrastructure services. Plan features (storage, bandwidth, CPU/RAM allocation, and support level) are as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase and may be updated from time to time with reasonable notice.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Payments & Billing
- All fees are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle (monthly, yearly, or multi-year).
- Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway partner.
- Renewal prices are as stated at the time of purchase, unless otherwise communicated.
- Failure to pay renewal fees on time may result in suspension or termination of services after a reasonable grace period.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services to host or distribute content that is illegal, infringes on third-party rights, contains malware, facilitates spam, or violates applicable Indian law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found in violation of this policy, with or without notice, depending on severity.
6. Service Availability
We aim to maintain high uptime for all hosted services but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Data & Backups
While we provide regular automated backups as part of most plans, you remain responsible for maintaining your own independent backups of critical data. Alam Industries is not liable for data loss arising from causes outside our reasonable control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alam Industries' total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may cancel your services at any time through your client account. We may suspend or terminate services for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or activity that poses risk to our infrastructure or other customers.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
