At Alam Host, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on specific hosting services to ensure our customers can test our platform with confidence.

  • Eligible Services: This guarantee applies exclusively to Shared Hosting and Reseller Hosting plans.
  • The Window: You must submit your refund request within exactly 7 days (168 hours) from the time the service was activated.
  • Full Refund: We will refund the full amount paid for the hosting plan, excluding any transaction fees or taxes if applicable.

2. Strict Non-Refundable Items

Certain services involve third-party costs or dedicated resource allocation and are strictly non-refundable:

  • Domain Names: Once a domain (.com, .in, .net, etc.) is registered or renewed, it cannot be canceled or refunded as we pay the Registry immediately.
  • VPS & Dedicated Servers: These involve manual setup and dedicated hardware resources, hence they are not covered under the 7-day policy.
  • SSL Certificates & Licenses: Third-party security certificates and software licenses (like cPanel or WHMCS licenses) are non-refundable.
  • Administrative Fees: Any setup fees, custom migration fees, or technical support charges are non-refundable.
