- The Window: You must submit your refund request within exactly 7 days (168 hours) from the time the service was activated.

2. Strict Non-Refundable Items
Certain services involve third-party costs or dedicated resource allocation and are strictly non-refundable:
- Domain Names: Once a domain (.com, .in, .net, etc.) is registered or renewed, it cannot be canceled or refunded as we pay the Registry immediately.
- VPS & Dedicated Servers: These involve manual setup and dedicated hardware resources, hence they are not covered under the 7-day policy.
